Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your Totem Poles journey at www.dhl.com. You can also send us a quick message and we'll be happy to track it for you.

We cannot control any international duties/taxes applied to your package, therefore, you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply. DHL is required to collect the Duty and Taxes for your country before they can deliver.
In rare cases, you might be contacted by customs, to submit an invoice. In this case, you can simply forward our order confirmation email which you received when placing your order.

Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new Totem Pole. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.
